How can I check and track an order?
You can track your orders in the Alwaseet app. Download the Alwaseet app
How do I get my money?
To withdraw your money:
  1. Tap Invoices (الفواتير) at the bottom left of the home screen.
  2. Tap Settle my wallet (تسوية حسابي للمحفظة).
  3. Choose Merchant wallet (محفظة التاجر). The amount transferred to your wallet appears.
  4. Tap Withdraw (سحب مبلغ مالي).
  5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  6. Choose how to receive it: through an Alwaseet courier, or visit any Alwaseet branch.
  7. Confirm to complete the withdrawal request.
Do you deliver outside Iraq?
Pickup and delivery outside Iraq are not available at the moment.
Why do I get an error when I enter a phone number?
When you enter your number or the customer’s number, leave out the zero at the start.
How do I send a free order to a customer?
  • Paid orders: you need balance in your wallet to send out paid orders, or the customer pays the delivery fee.
  • No balance in your wallet: you can set up an order as both merchant and customer. Give us the shipment code, and we will send an Alwaseet courier to you to collect the amount. The amount is then added to your account.
  • Free orders: you can set up free orders through the approved process.
How long do I wait to receive my money?
You can request settlement as soon as the order is delivered, on the same day, through the Alwaseet app.
Does the Alwaseet app work on Huawei devices?
The Alwaseet app works on iPhone and Android. Download it from the Play Store or the App Store. It does not support Huawei devices at the moment, because those devices do not have the Play Store.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free. We return them to you anywhere in Iraq without a long wait.
How do I request a return?

If an order appears in the Returns warehouse (مخزن الإرجاعات) tab, it has arrived in Baghdad and you can send it out again.

If you want the order returned to you, request a return. Once it moves to the Returned orders (الطلبات الراجعة) tab, an Alwaseet courier is contacted to collect it.

How do I edit the customer’s phone number?
If the Alwaseet app notifies you that the number is out of service, wrong or missing a digit, go to Unresolved issues (المشاكل) and tap Shipment code (كود رقم الشحنة). The problem is then submitted and handled, and the number is corrected.
How do I add an employee in the Alwaseet app?
Open the menu, tap employee management, then add. A new page asks for the employee’s details, such as username and password. When you finish, tap create.
How do I edit an employee’s details?
Open the menu, then the first section, employee management. Your current employees appear. Tap an employee’s account to see the username and password, then tap edit.
How do I change my account password?
Open the menu, then profile. Your page details appear, including username and password. Tap reset password.
What is the minimum number of orders per week?
The minimum is four orders per week.
Can I set permissions for an employee account?
Yes. Open the menu, then the first section, employee management. Your current employees appear. Tap an employee’s account to see the username and password, then tap edit to change that employee’s details.
